Coastal hike from Sitges to Villanova. Start your hike from the hotel at 09:30 and follow the beautiful coastal route from Sitges to Vilanova. Along the way, you’ll pass some of the highlights of Sitges, discover the Penedès surroundings, enjoy the rugged coastline and hear some facts about the region.
The hike is around 8 or 9 km and will ends at 13:00 with a nice lunch in Vilanova. Afterwards, a bus will take you back to Sitges, with arrival at the hotel at approximately 15:00.

What to bring:

Comfortable closed hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers
A hat on a warm day
Use sun protection on a warm day
Large bottle of water, such as your ITQ bottle

Sail from Sitges to Barcelona on a big Catamaran and enjoy a relaxed day on the Mediterranean. Along the way, we’ll stop for a refreshing swim if you like, while chilled lounge music sets the mood on board.
Enjoy a lunch, soft drinks, sangria,wine and beer while taking in the views from the catamaran. Once we arrive in Barcelona, a bus will take you back to our hotel in Sitges.

If you’d like to swim, don’t forget to bring your swimwear and towel.

Head to Aiguadolç Beach, just a short walk from the hotel, for a fun paddle surf session on the Mediterranean. No previous experience is needed and certified instructors will guide you, making this activity also perfect for beginners.
All necessary equipment is provided, and changing rooms, showers and lockers are available at the beach.

You’ll receive a lunch budget, so you can enjoy lunch in Sitges either before or after your paddle surf session.

A guide will pick you up 12:30 at the hotel and from there you'll walk together into Sitges, where you’ll start with lunch at a typical Spanish tapas restaurant.
After lunch, enjoy a relaxed guided walk of approximately 3 km through Sitges city. Along the way, you’ll discover some of the town’s most iconic places and learn more about its history and famous characters.
The tour will finish at around 16:00.

Get ready for an hour of jet skiing along the coast of Sitges. You’ll share a jet ski with one other person and can switch drivers along the way.
For safety and regulatory purposes, we’ll need to share your passport details with the jet ski school. Please also make sure to wear suitable clothing for the activity.
Important: please do not drink any alcohol before or during the jet ski activity.

You’ll receive a lunch budget in the morning to enjoy lunch in Sitges before or after your session. We’ll divide everyone into four groups, and your exact jet ski time will be shared with you later.

Discover the world of cava during a visit to Freixenet Winery, including a tour through the impressive wine cellars and a tasting of different cavas, each paired with a selection of cheeses chosen to complement the flavours.
In de morning you can pick up your lunch budget in the ITQ Lobby and enjoy lunch in Sitges or at the hotel before departure.
Please make sure to be back at the hotel by 14:00, as the bus to the winery will leave from there. You’ll be back at the hotel at approximately 16:30.
