At ITQ, we are all very ambitious and committed to helping the company grow — and that is something we achieve together.
Driving growth is always a combination of RUN activities (our day-to-day business and the customer assignments we work hard for every single day) and CHANGE initiatives. These initiatives are essential to keeping ITQ relevant in an ever-evolving market, allowing us to become the full-service provider and increasing our relevance across Europe.

Through a series of conversations, I realised how unaware I was of what women experience in IT and other male-dominated environments.

That insight triggered me to listen more. After several one-on-one conversations with women at ITQ, I discovered perspectives I simply hadn’t seen or understood before.

ITQ ran a structured pilot putting Claude into the hands of real teams across sales, marketing, engineering, and the CTO office. This 15-minute session covers what we implemented, the workflows that actually stuck, and the value we created — hours recovered, work made easier, and the case for scaling it. I'll keep it honest: what worked, what didn't, how we handled security and the data boundary, and where we go next with a private AI environment in Phase 2.

Curious about the ITQ Communication Training – Inspirational Public Speaking? In this interactive 40-minute session, Andrew Taylor offers a sneak peek into this training module. You'll be introduced to the AMP Model, a framework used by Taylor Trainingen to help speakers inspire and engage their audience.
You’ll also discover how non-verbal communication influences first impressions. Through an interactive exercise, you'll uncover the silent conversation that takes place before words are exchanged, and learn the first important step of making a memorable first impression.
This session is designed for colleagues who have not yet attended the Communication Training, as well as anyone interested in experiencing part of the programme and learning more about its practical approach.

See how ITQ uses AI to turn customer conversations into tailored proposals. In this hands-on demo, we walk through our workflow: capturing meeting insights in Notion, using Claude to analyse transcripts, and generating offers that speak directly to what the customer actually said they need, not what we assumed.

As the Cyber Resilience team we want to show ITQ the new developed Cyber Resilience proposition of MSP. We will show:

Workshop: May the Culture be with you
Our culture has taken us a long way. Now it’s time to revisit where we came from, explore where we are today, and look ahead to where we’re going next.
In 2019, we made the implicit explicit. Together with a group ITQ’ers we captured what makes our culture unique and brought it to life in our Culture Wheel. Built on our cultural values, the strong foundation that still stands today.
 
Since then, a lot has happened. We have grown, changed and evolved. New ITQ’ers joined, our business developed and the world around us moved forward.
The foundation is still strong and we believe the story behind our Culture Wheel is too. But as we evolve, our culture evolves with us. New people bring new perspectives, experiences, add new layers, and the way we experience and live our culture may shift over time.
 
So now feels like the right moment to revisit our Culture Wheel together. Does it still capture who we are today? What should we preserve and strengthen? And are there new nuances or perspectives we should add as we look towards 2030?

During May the Culture be with you, we’ll take you back to where the story began: 2019. From there, we travel through time to the ITQ of today, before setting course for 2030.

It challenges the assumption that values like Quality, Authenticity, Passion and Ownership are purely behavioural - and instead explores how they are shaped by systems, expectations and everyday work design. The core message: culture is not what we define, but what we consistently enable.
Through this format, we examine together what truly enables or blocks these values in real work environments.
