At ITQ, we are all very ambitious and committed to helping the company grow — and that is something we achieve together. Driving growth is always a combination of RUN activities (our day-to-day business and the customer assignments we work hard for every single day) and CHANGE initiatives. These initiatives are essential to keeping ITQ relevant in an ever-evolving market, allowing us to become the full-service provider and increasing our relevance across Europe. To address CHANGE at a company-wide level, we have defined Strategic Initiatives that receive significant focus and attention every day. What role do these initiatives play in our long-term strategy? Why are they truly game-changing? And how do they help us collectively build our joint future? You’ll discover the answers in this short lightning session.
Through a series of conversations, I realised how unaware I was of what women experience in IT and other male-dominated environments.
That insight triggered me to listen more. After several one-on-one conversations with women at ITQ, I discovered perspectives I simply hadn’t seen or understood before.
In this session, I share what I learned, what surprised me and what it could mean for us at ITQ.
No theory. Just real stories, honest reflection and potential starting points for how we can make a difference.
Private AI: The story so far What we set out to do, where we've landed, and what we wish we'd known on day one. A concise update on our Private AI Strategic Initiative, with plenty of room for your questions.
Boost Digital Workspace: from rollout to results Where we started, what we've shipped, and the impact we're seeing. A short update with the headline results, the lessons learned, and space for your questions.
ITQ ran a structured pilot putting Claude into the hands of real teams across sales, marketing, engineering, and the CTO office. This 15-minute session covers what we implemented, the workflows that actually stuck, and the value we created — hours recovered, work made easier, and the case for scaling it. I'll keep it honest: what worked, what didn't, how we handled security and the data boundary, and where we go next with a private AI environment in Phase 2.
See how ITQ uses AI to turn customer conversations into tailored proposals. In this hands-on demo, we walk through our workflow: capturing meeting insights in Notion, using Claude to analyse transcripts, and generating offers that speak directly to what the customer actually said they need, not what we assumed.
As the Cyber Resilience team we want to show ITQ the new developed Cyber Resilience proposition of MSP. We will show: 1. the Why? Why did we build this en what does it mean for our customers and for us as MSP. 2. the How? The ITQ Cyber Resilience Framework 3. The What The several technologies and vendors we bring together to deliver value for our customers
ITQ Cloud: the journey begins Why we're doing it, what we want to achieve, and how we plan to get there. A first look at the ITQ Cloud project: the goals, the scope, and the road ahead. With plenty of room for your questions.
Using the Culture Wheel as the foundation, colleagues take a journey through time. Through short videos, visuals, sound, and physical props, they experience how ITQ has evolved from 2019 to today, while exploring the culture we want to preserve and strengthen as we move toward 2030.
By combining video, photography, smoke effects, lighting, silver futuristic elements, and storytelling, we create an immersive experience that allows colleagues to truly feel as though they have stepped into the year 2030.
(work in progress, please confirm final version before communication) In 25 years we've grown into new teams, new countries, new specialisms. Which raised a question worth answering well. What actually makes ITQ, ITQ? Not the glossy version. The true one.
So we went looking together. Working groups across every BU. A survey for everyone. In-depth sessions with colleagues and leadership. Images, associations and value cards to cut past the marketing fluff and reach the real stuff. The values we live by, the moments we recognise, the way we work with each other, our customers and our partners.
Now we bring it back to you. The patterns, the surprises, and the story taking shape. Come see your perspective in the ITQ Story we've sharpened together. 🧡
Artificial intelligence (AI) is an intriguing technology. It can create funny videos, help solving day to day problems, support in medical treatments and much more. But at what cost? How will it change our society? Why does the fossil industry love AI? And - is it worth it? This talk is not to answer all questions - but it is there to help understand when and why we should rethink using AI. This session will contain technical terms, facts & figures - although, this session does not require any deep knowledge of AI.
Option 1 - 15 minutes talk: We often try to improve performance by optimizing processes, introducing new tools, or defining better frameworks. Yet every decision, every customer interaction, and every successful project still depends on the people behind them.
This talk begins with a personal story about learning that working harder isn't always the answer. Instead, sustainable performance starts with managing the one resource that influences everything else: ourselves. It challenges the assumption that values like Quality, Authenticity, Passion and Ownership are purely behavioural - and instead explores how they are shaped by systems, expectations and everyday work design. The core message: culture is not what we define, but what we consistently enable.
Most organizations define them. Far fewer design for them.
This session starts with a personal story about performance, energy and self-leadership before expanding into a broader conversation about organizational culture. Through this format, we examine together what truly enables or blocks these values in real work environments. The key insight: culture is not communicated - it is created through what an organization makes easy, difficult, and rewarded.
