With 27 different flights arriving throughout the day, everyone will arrive at the hotel at different times. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, which means you can access your hotel room from that time onwards.
When you arrive, please make your way to the ITQ Lobby, which you’ll find right after entering the hotel. This is where the ITQ team will welcome you and hand you your room key card.
Welcome reception – drinks & foodWith everyone arriving at different times throughout the day, we’ll spend our first evening together at the hotel. Join us for welcome drinks and food, catch up with your colleagues and kick off the weekend together. Food will be served until 10:00 PM, so even if you arrive a little later, there will still be time to grab something to eat and join the evening.
