About me
I joined ITQ in Feb 2018 to create and develop the first international branch office for ITQ in Belgium.
After having focused for 6 years on the international expansion of ITQ (+DE, LU, FR and more recent also Nordic region), I am now leading the CEO Office, supporting our strategic change, with the ITQ Strategy 2030 as leading compass. We are also supporting the Business Unit MDs and Support Unit Managers with the annual strategic planning cycle, with inter-BU/SU discussions and (international) connection.
As Deputy to the CEO, my primary role is to focus on strategic alignment, ensure our long term vision and strategic priorities are translated into actionable initiatives across the organization, and also support the CEO with potentially any initiative of the CEO portfolio.
