Hi, I’m Ilona! I’ve been a proud ITQer for almost eight years now. I often say that iTQ was a little gift that unexpectedly came my way and, even after all these years, it still feels that way. I’ve been working in People & Culture for many years, and it’s still where my passion lies. I love working with people and connecting People & Culture with the business, helping both our people and the organization grow, while building a culture where people can connect, have fun and be themselves. What I enjoy most? The people, the energy, the unexpected moments, and the fact that no two days are ever quite the same. That’s probably what keeps me curious, enthusiastic and still very happy to call myself an ITQer!
