Frank Denneman is a Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technologist for AI at VMware Cloud Foundation, where he helps shape the architecture and strategy for private AI infrastructure. His work focuses on making AI workloads operational at scale, with particular emphasis on GPU infrastructure, resource management, model serving, and agentic AI platforms. Frank has spent much of his career exploring how infrastructure architecture and workload behavior influence performance, scalability, and efficiency. He is a frequent industry speaker and author and holds 14 patents in compute resource management and AI infrastructure.
