You'll be introduced to the AMP Model, a framework used by Taylor Trainingen to help speakers inspire and engage their audience.
You’ll also discover how non-verbal communication influences first impressions. Through an interactive exercise, you'll uncover the silent conversation that takes place before words are exchanged, and learn the first important step of making a memorable first impression.
This session is designed for colleagues who have not yet attended the Communication Training, as well as anyone interested in experiencing part of the programme and learning more about its practical approach.
